Call a Cooler began in 2007 with a simple frustration: the bottled water industry in Australia was wasteful, expensive and unnecessary. Businesses were paying premium prices for water to be bottled, trucked across the country and delivered to their door, only for the empty bottles to end up in landfill.
There had to be a better way. So, we built one.
Our coolers filter your existing water supply, providing you clean, great tasting water without the bottles, the deliveries or the waste. And because we own and maintain every unit ourselves, we stand behind the quality of our service from day one.

Upon installation of a cooler, an automatic 6-monthly servicing schedule is created. Our technicians attend your workplace to service, sanitise and replace the filters in your unit, and this is all included in your Rental Agreement. On every visit, we gather records of the work completed, take photos (before and after servicing) of the cooler and document it all. This ensures we continue to deliver the highest of standards for all customers.
